Day 0 — Scope call (15 min, free)
We talk about the problem. I tell you straight whether this is in scope. No "discovery phases."
Days 1-2 — Plumbing
I wire up the data sources, model calls, prompt scaffolding, and basic UI. You see progress daily.
Days 3-5 — Calibration
This is where AI projects normally die. We run real cases through it, you flag failures, I fix prompts and add guardrails.
Day 6 — Handoff
Live tool in your environment. Source code in your GitHub. 30-min walkthrough recorded.
Day 7 — Buffer
For the inevitable "wait, can it also do X." Within reason, yes.

If we can't ship something useful in 7 days, you pay nothing. I take a $200 deposit on day 1, refunded in full if I don't deliver. You only pay the balance when the tool is live in your stack.
Who this isn't for
If you need a 6-month roadmap, a "Director of AI," or a multi-tenant SaaS spun up — I'm the wrong person. This is for the founder/ops lead who has one specific painful workflow and wants it working by next Friday. You'll know in the first 5 minutes of the call whether we're a fit.
FAQ
What model / stack do you use?
Default: Claude (Anthropic) for reasoning-heavy tasks, GPT-4-class for cheaper bulk extraction, Cloudflare Workers for serverless, n8n or Inngest for orchestration. I'll use what fits the job and your existing stack.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. I'll sign yours. I won't share specifics of your build with anyone.
What if my data is sensitive?
Your AWS / GCP / Azure account, your keys, your data residency. I never hold customer data after handoff. Anthropic and OpenAI both offer zero-retention APIs which I'll use by default.
Can you scope a bigger project?
The 7-day build is intentionally narrow. If the right answer is a longer engagement, I'll tell you on the call and refer you to someone who does that well.
Why so cheap?
Most AI consultants pad with discovery phases and PMs. I cut those. You're paying for shipped code, not slide decks.
Do you offer ongoing support?
14 days free. After that, I offer a $400/mo retainer for prompt tuning & small features — but most clients don't need it.
